B Bhavana Shivshankar Sangoli , aged 37 years, is the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of our Company with effect from March 1st 2024.

She completed her graduation from Shivaji University Kolhapur in 2007 and is an Associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. She has around eight years of experience in secretarial and compliance.
