K Kush Gupta, aged 33 years is Non-Executive Independent Director of our Company. He has been appointed as the Non-Executive Independent Director of our Company for a period of 5 years with effect from March 01, 2024.

He has completed his Bachelor of Commerce from Renaissance College of Commerce & Management, DAVV University, Indore (M.P.), 2011. He is an Associate Member of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India and also holds a Certificate of Practice from The Institute of Company Secretaries of India. Further, he has passed examination of LLB from ILS Law College, Pune University in the year 2015. He has an experience of more than 5 years in the secretarial field.
